จู่ๆชั้นก็เกิดไอเดียที่อยากจะลงทุนด้านอสังหาเหมือนกับ "เค้า" แต่แน่ล่ะ ชั้นคงไม่มีปัญญาจะเทียบรัศมีเค้าได้ ก็ชั้นเพิ่งจะเริ่มจับมันเดี๋ยวนี้เอง

เมื่อสองอาทิตย์ก่อน พ่อพาชั้นไปดูโครงการคอนโดที่เพิ่งเปิดตัวริมคลองประปา ถนนประชาชื่น ตอนที่ได้ยินชั้นก็เฉยๆ พ่อแค่ถามว่าแมทเค้าจะสนใจมั้ย
ชั้นก็ตอบไปว่าคงไม่หรอก พ่อว่าพ่อเองกำลังจะจองคอนโดให้ตัวเองที่นี่ ชั้นก็เลยไปดูด้วย ไหนๆก็อยู่ว่างๆ

สิ่งทีทำให้ชั้นสนใจขึ้นมาหลังจากไปเดินดู ก็คือเงื่อนไขการจ่ายแบบ
สบายๆ เงินก้อนใหญ่ไม่ต้องวางทันที ส่วนทำเลก็มีส่วนใน
การตัดสินใจมาก คอนโดนี้ตั้งอยู่ติดกับ โฮมโปร เทสโก้โลตัส ส่วนราคาก็ถือว่าไม่แพงเมื่อเทีี่ยบกับคุณภาพ ชั้นว่ามันสมเหตุสมผล อีกอย่าง ชั้นไม่มีงานทำในช่วงนี้ ชั้นว่าการที่เราจะมีอะไรเป็นของตัวเอง มันก็ดูมั่นคงกับชีวิตดี ชั้นตั้งใจที่จะซื้อคอนโดนี้เพื่อการลงทุน เอาไว้ให้คนเช่า เผื่อว่าแก่ๆแล้ว ตายาย อย่างชั้นและเค้า อาจจะมาอยู่กันยามเบื่อก็ได้

หน้าตาของห้อง ทำให้ชั้นลังเลที่จะซื้อขนาดใหญ่ แต่เมื่อคิดแล้ว ถ้าคิดรจะทำเพื่อการลงทุน ต้องให้ต้นทุนถูกเข้าไว้ ห้องเล็กนี่แหละเหมาะสุด จุดขายของห้องนี้ถ้าจะให้คนเช่าคงจะอยู่ที่ทำเล และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากกว่าขนาดของมัน

มันน่าจะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีนะ สำหรับการลงทุนครั้งแรก มีสามีเป็นกุนซือจะห่วงอะไรอีกเล่า วันนั้นชั้นไม่รอช้าที่จะโทรข้ามแดน ไปปรึกษาทันทีแต่ด้วยความต่างของทั้งระบบซื้อขายและวัฒนธรรม...กว่าจะเข้าใจ
เล่นเอาโกรธกันเพราะเข้าใจกันไปคนละอย่าง แต่ในที่สุด มันก็ผ่านไปได้ด้วยดี เฮ้อ...อยากจะเป็นนักลงทุนก็วุ่นงี้แหละ

Maybe you didn't hear me properly, so I'm gonna tell you again about this project.

The process of purchase is pretty common in Thailand. Firstly, you have to register to put your name in the queue. I did this process today. Next Saturday, they will do some draw so the first person have an opportunity to choose which room you want first. On that day, have to pay 20,000 baht. Then in the next 2 weeks (or less), have to sign the contract and pay another 50,000 baht. After that for one year, have to pay 4,100 per month (as a down payment).

When the condo is finished, I can decide whether I want to continue paying for the rest of the money (by renting it out) or I want to re-sell it to other people. The reason I'm interested in it because

1. The location is very good. It's next to Home Pro/Tesco Lotus, 2 hospitals, many shops. (On the same road as my dad's soi.)
2. Don't have to spend big amount of money at one time.
3. The Lumpinee Ville is one of the most reliable and popular company in Thailand
4. I want to have something for myself as I don''t have any income and no saving.

You will feel better if you are here to have a look what it's like but by that time it will be too late for booking.
